A Grade II listed spacious detached stone barn near Newnham-on-Severn in Gloucestershire/south Cotswolds. A superb August 2008 conversion rated as 5 star. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is ground floor and 3 bathrooms.

Sycamore Lodge Farm is a new barn conversion into luxury three bedroom holiday accommodation. The bungalow has a spacious lounge and dining area with exposed wooden beams and large conservatory with a four person hot tub; the extensive glass affords panoramic views over the Vale of Belvoir.

This secluded spot sits in open countryside approximately one mile from the village of Harby near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

Barn Croft, Ledbury, Herefordshire - 2 ground floor bedrooms

One of three luxury award-winning cottages close to the picturesque town of Ledbury, Barn Croft (sleeps 6) is set in the grounds of a C15th hall house.

With private gardens and terrace it overlooks the carp-filled, iris-fringed moat.Within two and a half hours of London and Manchester, our cottages are hidden away in gardens and apple orchards, just yards from an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Diverse, well-kept with plentiful fruit during the summer, this rural idyll is only five minutes drive from Ledbury railway station with routes to London, Birmingham and connections to the West Coast line and ten minutes from the M50 and the rest of the motorway network.

Once a calfhouse and adjoining barn,it is now a 5* luxury retreat. The huge principal bedroom has a six foot half tester bed with silk-lined hangings and ensuite bathroom, while the two downstairs bedrooms (suitable for those with reduced mobility) one with king-size bed and one with twin beds, both have shower rooms.

The downstairs double room has a French window onto the terrace. All rooms are individually designed and decorated with deep, comfortable mattresses, feather and down duvets and Egyptian cotton bedlinen. We can provide hollow-fibre bedding or blankets if required.

3 bedroom Coachman's Cottage near Ashbourne, Derbyshire - Peak District

The Coachman's 5 star Cottage at Ladyhole House is a luxurious 3 bedroom Edwardian Bothy set at the top of a sweeping drive lined with mature chestnut trees and a carpet of daffodils in the Spring.

Guests are very welcome to enjoy the gardens, including a tennis court, croquet and barbecue. There are also stables and grazing for horses near to the house. The house can sleep a maximum of 6 to 7 people.

Peaceful Peak District countryside surrounds the house, - wonderful for walking and cycling. The local market town of Ashbourne is just two miles away.

The self-catering accommodation comprises:

One double and two twin bedrooms, one of which is a ground floor bedroom with a loo opposite. There is also a Stannah stairlift which may be useful for some.

This stone house was originally built some 200 years ago and has been beautifully renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Be it walking, fishing, cycling, shooting or ultimate relaxation this house offers it all. Fly fishing is available by daily/weekly permit some 10 - 15 paces from the door.

Snainton offers a food pub, local shop cum garage and park. Granary Cottage makes a good comfortable base for walking,cycling and horse riding activities with Dalby forest and the Moors a short drive away. The beaches at Scarborough, Whitby and Filey are just a short drive away. Numerous interesting towns and cities to visit in Yorkshire such as Pickering Malton and Helmsley, the historic city of York and 'Heartbeat country'.

Dallowhall Barns - sleeps 1-4

Spacious and scrupulously clean one bedroom ground floor apartment in a barn conversion. The apartment has underfloor heating which is lovely underfoot, a bedroom with a very comfortable kingsize bed, a bathroom with a walk in power shower, a large modern open plan living and kitchen area with patio doors that look out on to lovely views of the Yorkshire Dales. There is a double futon in the living room for an optional 1 or 2 people although it's highly recommended for a romantic break for 2..

This is a quiet spot only 30 minutes drive north of Harrogate, 15 minutes from Pately Bridge or Ripon, and convenient for walking or exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
